A fantastic opportunity is available for a Restaurant Manager to one of North Sydney’s most talk about and well-loved Café/Patisserie Restaurants. We have cafes in North Sydney. We offer breakfast and lunch with a set menu as well as ever changing chef’s daily specialities

We require a capable restaurant manager for our cafes to be in charge of the customer service and managing the fast-paced operations.

About the role:
**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Be passionate about the hospitality industry and have exceptional customer service
- Managing and leading the front of house team during service to deliver exceptional service across all facets of the restaurant
- Work on the floor serving customers as required and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordination of group bookings and events
- Work with head chef in changing daily and seasonal/special menu offerings
- Work well with a team to achieve sale targets
- Manage and motivate restaurant team
- Recruit, train new employee, rostering and provide ongoing training
- Stock purchasing and control
- Ensuring safety, sanitation and security procedures
- Develop and implement restaurant policies
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality or relevant Management qualification
- Alternatively, at least 2 years (Full-Time) restaurant management experience
- RSA Certificate

Pay: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Cafe and Restaurant management: 2 years

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Pay: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
