**About the opportunity**:
Join our established practice and friendly team Here at Face Value Dental, you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the full-time permanent opportunity for you.

We are currently on the hunt for **2 x Dental Receptionists** to work Monday to Friday.

The practice is open Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-8:00pm. No weekends

**The heart of the role**:

- Warmly greeting patients, creating an excellent initial impression
- Scheduling and adjusting appointments, managing calls, and updating records
- Assisting the Practice Manager and clinical team in practice management
- Informing patients about dental services and promotions
- Managing payments
- Handling sensitive information while upholding patient confidentiality

**What you'll bring**:

- ** 6 months+ experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist preferred but not essential**:

- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Strong customer care focus. It is a very busy practice and time management will be crucial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Maturity and reliability
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
