Coombes Property Group is a growing, private property investment and development group that is looking to recruit a qualified Wall and Floor Tiler to join our Sydney CBD based, in-house maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of wall and floor tiling.
- Responsible for the identification of any repair and maintenance works that need to be undertaken;
- Grouting and cleaning surfaces and tiles to ensure they are aesthetically presentable.
- Required to undertake after-hours supervision from time to time
- Help provide solutions for long term maintenance of our building.

About You

To be considered for this position you must:

- Be a trade qualified tiler with at least 2 years’ experience as a qualified tradesman and be able to perform work to a very high standard.
- Be willing to regularly learn new skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a hands on approach.
- Be well presented and have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Be hard-working, proactive and thorough.
- Have demonstrated loyalty to former employers and have a stable employment history.
- Be willing to, on occasion, work weekends and out of hours.
- Prove that you have initiative and drive and the ability to problem solve and “think on your feet”.
- Be self-motivated and a good fit for our team.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney City NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
