In this role you will provide support to our busy Recruitment team by assisting with the delegation of ongoing day to day administrative tasks set out by a fast paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment administration, including assistance with screening, posting/updating job vacancies, answering recruitment queries and other ad hoc admin duties
- Liaise with all consultants to manage accurate and timely uploading and storing of information
- Payroll, work rights checks as well as other compliance checks.
- Complete and/or update system details in our systems to support effective management of information reporting.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders enabling smooth interfaces across business / function lines and delivering agreed outcomes.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- PC and IT literacy - advanced MS Office skills and recruitment systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets.
- Initiative, flexibility and strong attention to detail.
- Prioritisation of tasks and communicating this professionally within the team.
- Ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Previous experience is not necessary but advantageous for this role
