We are seeking an experienced, focused and well organised
**Residential Windows & Doors Sales Representative** for our
**Capalaba branch **to provide outstanding quality customer service to both new and existing customers. Come join our successful team

**_The Role:_**

**We pride ourselves in providing superior customer and sales service through our professional and technical team members.**
- Provide outstanding sales and quality customer service to new and existing customers including account management and customer and site visits
- Prepare windows and doors quotes from customers' plans and specifications.
- Reading of plans and take-offs for quoting.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards for the glass and aluminium industry.
- Daily management and update of CRM.

**_The Person:_**
- Successful background and prior demonstrable experience in windows and doors, or glass or building/construction industry.
- Previous experience (or interest) in reading architectural plans and drawings.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
- Takes ownership of tasks/sales from beginning to end.
- A relationship builder who will generate new business in the residential housing, renovation and apartment market.
- Maintain and cultivate our existing customer base with an exemplary service ethic.
- Be a valued team member.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
