**Communications Coordinator** Georgiou is seeking a Senior Communications Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave contract working in our Brisbane office. **What we’re good at?** Georgiou is a national building and civil engineering company that prides itself on being 'the best people to work with'. You will experience an environment where your contribution will be highly valued and where you can really make a difference. **What you’re good at**: - Demonstrated ability delivering multi-channel campaigns and communications plans - Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver complex technical information in an engaging manner - A creative thinker and problem solver with demonstrated experience developing communications plans to meet business needs and objectives - Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, work across multiple projects and effectively manage time and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite **What you’ll do (but not limited to)**: - Communicate key business news and milestones; curate engaging content; and, cultivate meaningful interactions with Georgiou’s key external audiences via corporate website, social media, print, signage etc. - Develop campaigns to achieve specific business outcomes - Facilitate, support and promote strategic partnerships - Support industry award submissions and promotion - Contribute to the sharing of corporate knowledge and information by producing quality internal communications and providing new ideas of how to engage employees. - Seek out up-to-date stories and produce regular high-quality content for internal channels to increase awareness and connectivity across our national workforce. - Proactively network with employees at all levels of the company to identify opportunities and/or requirements for new/updated marketing collateral that supports strategic objectives. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Managers centrally and across projects to ensure the Communications team is well integrated across the business and well placed to seize communication opportunities and manage reputational risk as appropriate. - Work with the Communications Manager to ensure consistency of messaging across all forms of internal communications. **Our best offer**: - Competitive salary package and access to Georgiou Perks platform providing discounts to a multitude of retailers - Supportive leadership teams who care for and mentor you to achieve your full potential - Values-led organisation guided by care, integrity, and excellence in everything we do If you share Georgiou’s values of care, integrity, and excellence, are committed to collaboration and innovation, and are looking for your next exciting challenge, we want to hear from you If you don't feel you have "ticked all the boxes" listed or the timing isn't right, we still encourage you to apply.
