As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Sales teams to secure key high value business opportunities, as well as driving the success of a small team. You’ll deliver high-quality, tailored product presentations and demonstrations, acting as the voice of our clients to shape the growth of ELMO’s solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training and upskilling team members to ensure ongoing success.

**What your day to day will look like..**
- Lead a small team of Solutions Consultants
- Partner with sales teams to implement solutions-based selling strategies
- Deliver customized product presentations and demos aligned with client needs
- Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities
- Align customer strategies with ELMO’s products and integrations
- Support complex sales processes and engage with senior stakeholders
- Mentor and train team members and direct reports, maintaining deep product expertise
- Lead strategic projects and ensure team KPIs are achieved
- Handle multiple tenders and collaborate with internal teams
- Travel as needed to support client engagements

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Proven pre-sales experience in HR, Payroll, or RTA software highly desirable
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and ERP systems a plus
- Strong background in consulting or sales within talent management environments
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Leadership experience and ability to train and coach team members
