As a Program Test Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day testing functions within our department and portfolio.

You'll play a crucial role in meeting program and project milestones, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes and budgets. Your expertise in risk management and contingency planning will be key to preventing issues and keeping projects on track throughout their lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain clear priorities to achieve section outcomes, adapting to changing objectives and demands.
- Lead and manage staff to deliver objectives while fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality testing services through holistic planning and risk mitigation.
- Engage with stakeholders to build effective relationships and ensure collaborative delivery of strategic outcomes.
- Tailor communication to various audiences, demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity at all times.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops to support testing operations.

**Role Requirements: Mandatory**:

- 12+ years of experience in all testing facets, including six (6) years or more in technical or manual testing and six (6) years or more as a test manager.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of Project Life Cycle and contemporary project management methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask while fostering productive working relationships.

**Certifications**:

- ISTQB Foundation Certificate or equivalent.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst and Test Manager Certificates or equivalents.
- ISTQB Foundation Agile Extension Certificate.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester and Test Automation Engineer Certificates.
- ISTQB Foundation Level Mobile Application Testing or equivalent.
