As part of the Test Engineering Department the Test Team is responsible for testing Seeing Machines products. As a Test Team Manager you will be responsible to lead and mentor a team of Engineers to deliver test solutions to ensure Seeing Machines continues to deliver best in class technology and algorithms.

**About this role**:

- Develop L&D plan per team member.
- OKR definition tracking per team member.
- Resource Estimation to support business requirements.
- Hiring skilled personnel in line with resource planning.
- Formulates and executes process and organizational improvement direction and programs which enhance overall effectiveness.
- Support Test Engineering Budget Development.
- Project support for estimating, planning, and executing of test events.
- Delivery of high-quality test development and execution.
- Advancement and rollout of Seeing Machines Test Engineering Strategy.
- Anticipates and communicates technology evolution in Test.
- Proactive in providing technical expertise on test into the engineering community.
- Proactive in the development of Seeing Machines engineering processes suite in line with industry standard.

**About you**:
We value the breadth and depth of experience that our people bring to their work. We are seeking people with a good mix of technical competency and personal capability.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, software/electronics/systems engineering, or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Commercial experience managing and mentoring Test Engineers.
- 4+ years commercial experience in System/Software testing including test case design, development, and execution.
- Programming experience in Python or C++/C.
- Commercial experience working in an Agile environment.

Desirable
- Commercial experience testing embedded products.
- Commercial experience with ASPICE or CMMI compliance.
- Commercial experience with ISO26262 compliance or similar standards governing regulatory software development.
- Commercial experience using automated test frameworks, COTS Software & hardware.
