**About The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic warehouse operator at our Render Texture & Panels Store in Keilor Park, VIC. This casual role will see you working approx. 24 hours per week. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and have a passion for people and efficiency then this role is for you. This fast paced and hands-on role will see you:
**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily pre-start checklists and forklift operations.
- Picking, packing, and compiling of outbound orders.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are;
- Checked against accompanying paperwork.
- Unloaded and loaded safely.
- Compliant with requirements in regard to weight and chain of responsibility.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels (cycle counting, stocktaking, ordering, and receipting of goods)
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Contributing as part of a team to continuous improvement ideas
- Accurately mix and tint texture and paint
- Customer service duties as required from time to time.

**Skills & Experience**

You’re confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our render and texture and any other heavy products in store at times. In addition, you will:

- Forklift license preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate initiative and a keen attention to detail.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Possess an interest in our products.

Retail or trade sales background an advantage. Application experience would also be beneficial.
