**About The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operator at our Render Texture & Panels Store in Keilor Park, VIC. This is a full time permanent position. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and have a passion for people and efficiency then this role is for you. This fast paced and hands-on role will see you:
**Responsibilities**
- Picking, packing, and compiling of outbound orders
- Accurately mix and tint texture and paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels (cycle counting, stocktaking, ordering, and receipting of goods)
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Contributing as part of a team to continuous improvement ideas
- Customer service

**Skills & Experience**

You’re confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our render and texture and any other heavy products in store at times. In addition, you will:

- Demonstrate initiative and a keen attention to detail
- Be committed to continuous improvement and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Possess an interest in our products.

Forklift Ticket would be an advantage, as would a retail or trade sales background. Application experience would also be beneficial.
