Come and discover the opportunity to join our Orrcon Steel business in our **Marsden Park** team as a **Warehouse Operator** Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally_ _recognised brands.

We are seeking individuals who would like to commence a career in steel with us

Regardless of whether you have steel industry experience or not, we are seeking individuals who are keen to further their skills in a warehouse environment that utilises state-of-the-art heavy machine, forklifts, overhead cranes and RF scanner computer systems.

This opportunity will see you operate heavy machinery, forklifts, cranes and warehouse computer systems to create smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our warehouse role, allowing for future career development opportunities within the Orrcon steel business.

Working Monday to Friday, we are offering the following shifts:
**Day - 7am to 3:06pm, Afternoon - 3pm to 11:06pm, Night - 11pm to 7:06am**

This is a permanent full-time role where you will receive $27.11 per hour plus applicable shift loadings, the opportunity to work paid additional hours, and 10% profit share plan (annual bonus incentive).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our team, you will
- receive, store and assemble products
- safely load and unload trucks ready for dispatch
- operate machinery and equipment
- provide a high level of customer satisfaction through your service and sales levels

- experience in a warehouse / production / transport facility
- flexible to work rotating shifts during the induction and training phases
- strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills

**Our induction program**

When you join us, you will take part in a six-week induction program where you will rotate around the shifts to assist in preparing you for commencement into your role. Our six-week induction program involves:

- week 1 - day shift (e-learning, systems training and safety inductions)
- week 2 and 3 - afternoon shift (operator training, order picking and loading)
- week 4 and 5 - night shift (operator training and truck loading)
- week 6 - day shift (finalisation of core training programme and review)
- week 7 - commencement into your permanent non rotational shift, based on your skill sets and review
- You will expect to have ongoing support in your induction and training as part of your ongoing development plan.
