Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly, and loves the aroma of fresh spices and teas? We’re a small but passionate business producing premium organic spice blends, teas and oils — and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce spice mixes, teas and oils by following recipes, manufacturing process and food safety guidelines
- Accurately weigh, label and pack products for retail and wholesale
- Pick and pack online orders with care
- Clean and sanitise the production machinery and equipment after each production run
- Maintain a clean and organised production and warehouse area
- Receive the supplies and put away deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
- Supervise trainees, if required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable working with spices, teas and PPE
- Comfortable in small, hands-on production environment
- Basic English and maths skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kg, and do general warehouse tasks
- Good time management and flexibility to switch between tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in food production
- Understanding of basic food handling
- A valid ABN

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
