Youth Support Worker

APM has secured new business with the Transition to Work contract and we are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Hornsby office.
As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.

You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
