Position Overview

Join our dynamic production team as a Casual Factory Hand and play a vital role in manufacturing trusted, high-quality products. This position offers flexibility across day and afternoon shifts,.

Key Responsibilities

As a casual production team member, your duties will include:

- **Product Handling**: Packing finished products and preparing items for dispatch
- **Machine Operations**: Filling machine hoppers and monitoring supply levels
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and components
- **Production Support**: Assisting with production line changeovers and setup
- **Component Care**: Washing, drying, and maintaining reusable production components
- **Quality Assurance**: Following strict hygiene protocols and quality control procedures
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate production records and reporting

- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Safety-conscious mindset with commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work across multiple tasks and shift patterns
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness awareness
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and safety procedures
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Good English communication skills and basic literacy
- Australian work rights

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or similar quality systems
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
