**About the role**
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Operational Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for the creation, verification and delivery of operational communications to Australian Retirement Trust members.
Day to day, you'll:
- Assist in the development of the optimal communication journey to meet operational and transactional communication needs.
- Create exceptional customer centric communications ensuring they portray technical and legislative information in an engaging yet simple way.
- Coordinate the production process for operational documents, including the compliance, legal and verification processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate these into clear, concise and effective high-quality communications that are understood and enjoyed by stakeholders.
- Engage and influence the business and team to understand and communicate dependencies, schedules, priorities and achievability of organisation wide initiated projects and change.
This role is available as a **permanent**opportunity. We're **flexible** with location.
**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You hold tertiary qualifications in marketing, business management, or project management, equipping you with a strong foundation for strategic delivery.
- You bring experience in leading large-scale marketing, product, brand, or transformation programs within the financial services industry, and you’re confident navigating complex change environments.
- You’ve successfully planned and managed marketing projects of significant complexity, cost, and value in medium-sized corporate settings.
- You’re known for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- You understand how governance structures function in corporate environments and use them to support effective decision-making and delivery.
- You have a sharp eye for project risk management, and you’re proactive in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle.
- You’ve led the development of business-focused solutions, always keeping outcomes and enablement at the core of your approach.
- You’re experienced in corporate and project procurement, including managing tendering processes with precision and compliance.
- You enjoy coaching and mentoring project specialists, helping others grow while building high-performing teams.
