Head of Operations

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational activity across the business. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands strategic vision, confident execution, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

You’ll be central to shaping our culture, driving performance, and leading the evolution of our systems and processes, ensuring that Constant continues to deliver exceptional results as we scale.

**Key Focus Areas**:
**Operational Strategy & Leadership**:Set and deliver an operations roadmap that supports our business growth, enhances client outcomes, and positions Constant as a leader in security solutions.

**People Management & Development**:Lead, coach, and support a diverse team of managers to build a performance-driven culture built on accountability, collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.

**Business Transformation & Systems Integration**:Play a key role in modernising our operational systems and workflows. You’ll lead the implementation and adoption of technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making across the business.

**Cross-Functional Influence**:Partner closely with departments including HR, finance, compliance, and business development to ensure operational priorities are aligned with broader organisational goals.

**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and key partners, ensuring our services continue to meet evolving needs and industry standards.

**Performance & Compliance Oversight**:Ensure operational delivery meets regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal KPIs, while always prioritising safety, quality, and reliability.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in operational leadership, ideally within the security, facilities, or services industry.
- A proven track record in leading organisational change, including the rollout and optimisation of systems (e.g., workforce management, reporting platforms).
- Strong commercial skills, with experience overseeing budgets, improving margins, and driving cost-effective service delivery.
- Exceptional people leadership, with the ability to coach and influence managers to deliver results through high-performing and engaged teams.
- A natural relationship builder, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks in the security industry is highly regarded.
