**THE COMPANY**:
Busy local transport office located in Miranda.

**THE POSITION**:
Working with a small team with flexible hours.

As a Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all company and personnel are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and licensing requirements.

The applicant must be highly organised, with experience in transport or construction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring all operational processes and procedures using Rapid Global to ensure the business complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards
- Managing information flow by researching, recording and analysing data and information.
- Conducting compliance risk assessments to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Training and educating staff so they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines
- Coordinating site inductions and licensing renewals
- Acts as contact person and liaison between management and Driver/Operators
- Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in transport or construction compliance
- Office administration experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Outstanding communication - both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Be a team player

**LOCATION**: Miranda

**WORK TYPE**: Full time or part time

**SALARY**: Negotiable dependent on experience
