About the Role - What will you do?
- Provide appropriate clinical care to residents in accordance with their needs assessment and nursing care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as, showering, dressing or other personally orientated tasks to facilitate a good quality of life for the residents
- Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care and the services they receive
- Accurately document resident's current condition and care needs
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the home
Skills and Experience - What do you need?
Essential skills:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, or willing to obtain
- A genuine respect for the Aged
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and friendly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment
- Reliable
- Flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care
- Computer skills
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Indochinese Aged Care Services Limited, NSWNA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020.
