**Disability Support Workers (Casual)**

Chang Le Yuan Pty Ltd is a NDIS registered service provider, and we are looking for qualified and experienced Support Workers (Casual).

Job descriptions and main responsibilities:

- Sydney North-West region
- Daily household activities ( cleaning, cooking etc.)
- Assist participants to manage their own personal hygiene.
- Rehabilitation assistance and care.
- A Child carer
- Pick up services ( you need to have your own car, but we will give car allowance).
- Bilingual ( Chinese and English), ( Korean and English).

Hourly Rate: Fair work standard
3-4 hours/ day

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour (starting rate)

Ø 崗位職責:

- 陪伴
- 幫助預約(例如醫生)和差事(例如雜貨店購物)
- 輕度運動,如散步
- 當地交通和出行
- 技能培訓(例如教某人乘坐公共交通工具)
- 社交活動,如會見朋友,觀光

Ø 基本要求:

- 入門級 - 不需要經驗,但您必須願意與我們經驗豐富的團隊一起學習和接受培訓:

- Cert III Individual support 證書 / Cert IV aged care studies 證書 (更可取);
- 雙語 : 普通話 / 廣東話 / 英語 / 韓語
- 有效的NSW駕駛執照和持有自己車輛。Chang Le Yuan車輛 用於接載有特殊需要的客戶
- 當前或願意申請 NDIS員工在職檢查(NDISWC),急救和心肺復甦術證書等相關在職檢查;
- 您將成為一名極為重要的團隊成員,以提供有效率及至真服務為本請注意:您必須完全接種COVID-19疫苗,包括您的加強劑。
