In this role, you will:
- Manage cases for children and families with independence and care.
- Develop and action case plans to meet individual needs.
- Connect clients to services, networks and culturally appropriate supports.
- Support children in care by building strong and trusting relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful:
You are confident in applying your skills to support children and families with compassion and professionalism. You bring strong case management experience, the ability to work independently, and resilience to handle challenging situations with care.
You have the communication skills to build respectful relationships with children, families, carers and service providers. You are also committed to cultural inclusion and to working with Aboriginal people and culturally diverse communities. About the Business
The Department for Child Protection (DCP) plays a key role in the protection of children, young people and their families within South Australia. The department provides support to vulnerable children and young people to be safe, strong and connected.

Essential
