At Linfox, logistics isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are. Every day, our people help move the goods and resources that keep Australia and New Zealand running. Our 12 week Operations Vacation Program is your chance to be part of something bigger, gaining real experience, building your capability, and working with purpose.
This is where the next generation of supply chain leaders begins.
What to expect
Running from 2 December to 21 February, you’ll be based on site in our operations, working alongside experienced leaders to understand how we deliver safe, secure, and efficient logistics solutions for some of the nation’s biggest brands across retail, healthcare, government, industrial, resources and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Across the program, you’ll:
- Contribute to meaningful projects that drive safety, sustainability, and smarter logistics
- Learn how our teams use advanced systems and technology to keep supply chains moving
- Build your network and explore the wide range of career pathways Linfox offers
- Develop core skills aligned to the Linfox Way - where safety, service, and growth go hand-in-hand
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking students who are:
- In their penultimate year of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Confident communicators and problem-solvers who thrive in a team environment
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle during the program
We’re committed to building a workplace where everyone belongs. We believe in growing our own, and the Vacation Program is a key step in developing future leaders who reflect the diversity of our communities.
Ready to apply?
If you’re ready to shape the future of logistics, bring your energy, your ideas, and your ambition, we’ll bring the opportunity.
