**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking Production Assemblers to join our talented hard working team.
This position comes with an opportunity to learn a multitude of skills in the fiberglass boat construction industry.

We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand and are committed to building the best trailerable boat manufacturing team in Australia.

The role on offer represents a secure long-term position with a negotiated wage based on the applicant’s experience, attitude, and attendance.

**Successful Criteria Include**:
Any qualified trade skills or experience in boat building, spray painting, panel beating, or 12 Volt wiring will be a considerable advantage, but is not essential.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Assembling experience / competency with power tools (Advantage).
- A positive, results oriented work ethic.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Keep a tidy and organised work area.
- Customer focused.
- Health and Safety minded.
- A positive “can do” attitude and be solution driven.
- Own reliable transport.
- Forklift license (Advantage).

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
