**About the opportunity**:
Haines Hunter is seeking a Factory Hand to join our growing team. This Position comes with an opportunity to learn all skills within the boat construction industry.

- Own reliable transport.
- High attention to Detail “An eye for detail”
- Assisting all departments on production
- Assisting the Production Manager with additional tasks
- Keeping the Factory clean
- opportunity for growth within the company
- Able to use power tools and take directions. E.g. Drills, Saws, Grinders and Air Tools
- Able to work in a team orientated environment.
- Any qualified trade skills or experience in boat building, spray painting, panel beating, or 12 Volt wiring will be an advantage to the applicant
- Assembling experience desired but not essential
- Punctuality and reliability essential

This position offers a secure long-term position with a negotiated wage within the bracket indicated based on the applicant’s experience, attitude and attendance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $23.17 - $33.36 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derrimut, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
