Our client is an Australian-owned and operated contract beverage manufacturer and bottler based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
- **About the Role**:_

Position/Job Title**:Senior Accounts/Customer Relations Officer**

Location: Dandenong South, Victoria

**Shift timing**:

- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Pay rate**:

- $29 per hour + Superannuation (depending on experience)

**About the job**:

- Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
- Understanding of stock take, inbound goods, dispatch.
- Making phone calls to clients.
- Working in office type environment.
- Will be able to manage supply of equipment (caps & bottles), ingredients and liaise information to clients.
- Keeping clients updated on stock levels, ingredients, expenses, waste, etc.

**About YOU**:

- At least 3 years of related experience - handling accounts, customer service and client/customer facing.
- Knowledgeable in food/beverages manufacturing and process (HACCP)
- Have a background with CRM systems.
- Intermediate to advanced computer and Microsoft skills.
- Can work on a morning shift.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can physically report to work Monday to Fridays.
