The business, located in Kewdale, are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Accounts Officer **to join our finance team in a permanent capacity.

**$60- $65k + super**
**Free parking on site**
**To start ASAP**

**Responsibilities**
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting in chasing of outstanding AR Invoices (Debtors)
- Matching PO and data entry of AP bills (Creditors)
- Generate and send customer statements
- Customer and Supplier account management
- Fuel cards and credit cards receipt chasing and reconciliation
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accurate data entry
- General admin duties

**Skills**
- High attention to detail
- Good communication both in person and over the telephone
- Able to problem solve, work independently and within a team
- Work proactively to ensure deadlines are met
- Intermediate computer skills

**Education and experience**
- Accounts Certificate / Diploma
- At least 1 year experience as accounts officer in a high volume environment
