Our client, a Financial Services organisation, is looking for a new Information Security Manager, to lead their cyber security program on a permanent basis, based in Melbourne.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Develop a Cyber Security Strategy and Governance Framework that aligns with industry frameworks and controls e.g. ASD ISM, NIST CMF, NIST RMF.
- Ensure appropriate tools are in place to monitor successful deployment and compliance of agreed baselines.
- Participate in security maturity to ensure continuous improvement in skills and capability.
- Establish, implement and ensures ongoing maintenance of records management policy, strategy and procedures.
- Participate in long-term planning for strategic security services and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Substantial knowledge, capability and experience in leading security teams.
- Intimate knowledge of industry security organisations, such as ACSC, CIS, NIST, DISA.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing Cyber Security strategies.
- Experience implementing and managing VPDSS compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in the establishment, implementation and ongoing maintenance of records and information management policy, strategy and procedures.
- Well-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
