**Your new role**
This role is pivotal in managing the overall brand strategy that delivers the goals of a diversified portfolio of brands that are well-known and global.
- With two direct reports, you will be responsible for protecting and driving the brand image of the portfolio of brands.
- Define and deliver brand strategies with initiatives taking into account channel strategy, retail sales, and ranking ambitions in collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Managers for the dedicated brand portfolio.
- Develop robust brand marketing strategies with each key retailer to support the consumer experience and connection to the brands at physical and digital POS delivering commercial momentum.
- 360 launch and animation calendars aiming at gaining VMS in department stores and ensuring controlled growth in Chemists while developing other channels.
- Drive performance-based marketing, implementing test and learn mindset to inform strategic planning and execution.
- Work closely with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives to drive the business by engaging key consumer target groups by brand, category, and channel.
- Work with Senior Marketing Manager to identify market trends and consumer insights to build strong marketing plans and launch calendars.
- Ideate and lead the development of strategy presentations across the brands and deliver to key accounts and at sales conferences.
- Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, and assess new competitive product launches.
- Lead and train Brand Managers, devising a clear roadmap of goals and responsibilities.
- Oversee brand portfolio budgets to ensure strong execution of brand plans in line with business KPIs.
- Oversee media planning across a portfolio of brands, adapting global media strategies to fit regional market realities, working directly with local media agencies on media campaign implementation; ensuring alignment with global to build and create top-of-mind brands
- Oversee the development of impactful and disruptive PR strategies across a portfolio of brands with global and local.
- Closely work with the PR agency to help implement the best-in-class activations.
- Help build a strong family of influencers resonating with the brands and their consumers.
- Lead pricing analysis and recommendation for a portfolio of brands.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- An innovative, inspiring, and charismatic approach.
- Degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years' solid experience in brand management, category management, or similar level marketing role.
- Luxury/FMCG background highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
