**The Opportunity**:
**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Support an Account Manager "buddy" in providing outstanding customer service
- Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner
- Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers
- Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions
- Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers business
**We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills**:
- Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes.
- Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills
- A willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done
- Strong relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills
- A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPI's
