The Scrum Master is a coach and leads squads to deliver outcomes through the Agile way of working. You are responsible for supporting the Product Owners and Squads, lead and facilitate scrum events using Agile practices, tools and processes and create consistency of delivery practice across the team.

To achieve our goals, we are looking for a responsible, collaborative and committed Scrum Master who will be responsible for delivery orchestration by engaging business stakeholders and lead scrums and squads to deliver outcomes

**The role**
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring scrum framework practices and Agile principles to the Squads, Product Owners and the organisation
- Support the Product Owner and Squads with the elaboration of user stories, assess effort and assign time boxes
- Maintain backlog of features to outline priorities with the Product Owners, coordinate triage meetings
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maximise productivity and to ensure effective backlog management
- Track obstacles, and resolve obstacles after or outside the daily stand-ups.
- Be the driving force and guide teams to be self-organised, promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, continuous improvement and celebrate successes
- Gather, analyse, and present data to stakeholders in a way that demonstrates how the Squad is improving and growing
- Manage and build strong, trusted relationships with delivery Squads, Marketing Stakeholders, Data Engineers and Product Owners to track status of implementation and improve requirements and vision
- Maintain sprint flow by minimising external disturbances, manage risks or impediments and remove blockers and hurdles

**What you will bring**
- Strong delivery experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and ideally with a data or reporting background
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques and Agile for Marketing: i.e.: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Progressive Elaboration
- Assist with change documentation and process (Change records, checklists etc) helping the team improve production deployments
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams using Agile and adaptive delivery models to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to negotiate with both technology, business units and partners/vendors
- Understanding of Marketing fundamentals, data engineering, and marketing technologies
