**About Us**:
Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business unit within Fines and Enforcement Services, Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. ESS is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.

**About the Role**:
This role plays a crucial part in supporting the operations of the Prison Program Scheme by providing administrative support, including records management, mail services and secretarial support, such as minute taking and preparation of meeting agendas.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Accurately preparing, processing and providing sentenced prisoners with ‘request' forms.
- Answering enquiries and providing information regarding the Prison Program to internal and external stakeholders including Corrections Victoria, Magistrates' and County Courts and prisoners.

**About You**:

- An understanding of the legislation applicable to the delivery of the Prison Program, specifically the Fines Reform Act 2014 or experience operating within a legislative framework.
