**About the Role**

As a **Disability Support Worker**, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community. You will assist with:

- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Community access and social engagement
- Medication support
- Emotional and wellbeing support

We have **various positions available across the Gold Coast**, including roles in **Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.**

**About You**
- **A caring and compassionate nature** - You’re patient, empathetic, and a great communicator
- **A current Australian driver’s license & reliable vehicle**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR qualifications**:

- **Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent**:

- **Diabetes training & experience (highly regarded)**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check**:

- **Basic computer skills** - Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $33.41 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 35 per week

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Workers Screen Card (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
