Full time role paying $76k - $80k + super
- Located in Braeside working a 6pm - 6am shift
- 7-day rotating roster from Monday to Sunday

**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that the packaging of products runs smoothly, and all order requirements are met. You will work on a 7-day rotating roster working 5 days one week and 2 the next.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and delegate staff to maximise efficiency and coordinate workload
- Conduct quality checks regularly and document accordingly
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and food safety principles are adhered to
- Set-up and operate packing machines to fulfill orders in a timely fashion
- Use a forklift to move products and load on to trucks

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety principles
- Experience in food manufacturing ideal
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Proven track record in leadership and mentoring staff
- Set and reviewing performance for staff
