We are on the hunt for a** Warehouse Team Leader** in** Regency Park**

No two days will be the same while you manage, coach and mentor your team to drive their success, so we're looking for people who are confident leaders and communicators.

**What your new role entails**:

- Lead our warehouse team to deliver results, driving continuous improvements in Safety, Service and Productivity
- Manage operational labour performance, and take action to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Recruit, induct, onboard and train all newly hired employees
- Coach, mentor and drive performance of the warehouse team, providing clearly defined tasks and feedback
- Conduct performance development planning with all direct reports and identify opportunities for career development and succession planning
- Actively participate to ensure a safe working environment for all, monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- 2+ years experience in a fast paced team leader or supervisory role
- Warehouse experience and/or exposure to industrial products preferred
- Forklift licence and high reach experience desirable
- Experience with performance management and driving a team to successful outcomes required
- Resolution and results focused, self motivated, and can prioritise and problem solve efficiently
- Good computer/MS Suite skills are critical to this role
- Previous experience with MS Dynamics highly regarded
