**The Company**

With a team of over 600 property and investment experts, they take an entrepreneurial approach to business. The Insurance Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams within Asset Management, Property Management, and Listed & Unlisted Fund Management.

**The Role**

This role is perfect for an insurance broker, claims consultant, or insurance consultant looking for a change. The Insurance Manager will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day insurance management for the company with the responsibility to proactively:

- Maintain adequate and appropriate insurance coverage across the Group,
- Mitigate risks and insurance claims
- Assist the Senior Risk & Insurance Manager to place and maintaining all classes of insurance including property, liability, contactor works, directors and officers, professional indemnity, crime, workers' compensation, and travel
- Review and implement changes to the insurance program to ensure the key insurance needs of the business are met
- Improve and update procedures and processes to ensure insurance services are delivered in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for overseeing the services provided by external claims management service providers across property and public liability insurance classes
- Working with internal stakeholders, external claims management service providers, and insurers to collate the required information to progress claims
- To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar insurance claims management or insurance role
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
- Advanced administration skills and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Insurance-related qualifications including Tier 1 - however, the company will pay for and support studies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with our clients and partner
- Ability to work autonomously, with well-developed time-management skills & attention to detail
