Our Hospitality division Front Cooking School based in Melbourne City and Brunswick are looking for experienced trainers to deliver Certificate III /IV in Patisserie

**The Role**

In this role you will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective delivery of training and assessing of Hospitality students.

The role requires a high degree of initiative and self-management, and requires someone who thrives in a high performing, outcome focused and principles-based environment. We are looking for the right individuals to deliver quality training to students who thrive on enthusiasm and energy to prepare them for industry

**Successful Applicants must have**:

- Minimum 3 years VET training and assessment experience in Certificate III /IV Patisserie and Commercial Cookery
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including up skilling
- either
- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor or
- TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor or equivalents
- **Working with Children card**
- A passion for the Hospitality industry and for training.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
