**About the opportunity**
The Learning Experience Team at C&K supports the creation, facilitation and delivery of contemporary adult learning practices and experiences that enhance all employee's capability. This role supports to provide adult learning coordination and support to C&K and the Learning Experience Advisors that is tailored to suit business needs. We work in a small team of dedicated and professional team members.

**About you**
A Learning Experience Coordinator is required to:

- Ensure ongoing administration and maintenance of the learning management systems (LMS) and applicable resources e.g. allocating e-learning, administering user access, learning approvals,reporting, course library maintenance.
- Provide administration and support in preparing for professional development days, conferences,and other tailored professional development activities, timely reminders are sent including helpful hints and tips..
- Ensure monthly LMS reporting is provided to key stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Update and maintain the Learning Experience internet and intranet sites.
- Coordinate and assist team members with the development and implementation of C&K courses and live sessions
- Administer first aid requests for the business, including registration, payment and follow up as required.
- Respond to Learning Experience inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service and resolution options.
- Assist the Learning Experience Manager with on-going projects as required.
