**Regional Care Manager.**
Work for a leading non-for-profit organisation alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. Work alongside two Roving Care Managers across 22 Aged Care residences in Victoria. This role involves travelling to facilities to assist in the absence of Care Managers, support through accreditation and overall clinical management across the organisation.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties across 22 Aged Care facilities in Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff within each facility
- Support and assist the on-site care managers with accreditation preparation
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Managers
**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Driver's license
- Minimum 4 years working as a Clinical Care Manager in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
