An exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer at the Beef City Plant is currently available. Beef City is located 35 km west of Toowoomba in the region of Darling Downs - QLD. This is a full-time position reporting to the HR Manager.

The successful applicant will require a passion for dealing with people in a professional and focused manner whilst following processes and guidelines as directed. You will need to have the ability to juggle priorities whilst still maintaining a high attention to detail with administrative duties.

**About the Role**

**The role’s responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Input of time and attendance information into the SAP and Kronos systems.
- Daily analysis and input of timesheet data for weekly pay runs for approximately 900 employees.
- Creation and processing of employee files, from new starters to cessations.
- Handling issues, including workers queries, employee verifications, etc.
- Co-ordination of information to head office payroll including electronic and paper file.
- Monitor and manage payroll queries as required.

**About you**:

- Payroll/Accounts/Administrative background with a demonstrated proven ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize multi-skill and have excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP and Kronos would be advantageous.
- Must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and keep confidentiality as per policies and procedures in place.
