We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join the CGA team on a full time basis

THE POSITION
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. Monitor performance against financial targets and analyse variances.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Reporting on key financial and non-financial metrics to Group will also be required.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Budget Management: Assist with the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Review and validate budget assumptions and outputs.
- Financial Accounts: Prepare and maintain accurate financial monthly accounts for overhead departments including recommending cost control measures to deliver efficiencies
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement and monitor controls to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

THE PERSON
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree (required) plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA)
- Advanced excel, reporting and analysis skills essential
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- Tableau or Powerbi experience preferable
