We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Team within our Perth Support office.
The role involves the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and risks are managed efficiently.THE POSITIONFinancial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously monitor financial performance against targets, analysing variances and identifying key drivers.Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management, clearly communicating trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure timely reporting of key financial and non-financial metrics to Group stakeholders.CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy, support sales and marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights for customer engagement and retention strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations, supporting business planning and operational efficiency.Budgeting Support: Contribute to the annual budgeting process by reviewing and validating budget assumptions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Overhead Accounting: Maintain accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments, identifying and recommending cost control measures to enhance efficiency.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation where possible.Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
Implement and monitor controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.THE PERSONMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst roleBachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in FinanceAdvanced excel, reporting and analysis skills essentialStrong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skillsExceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.Experience with financial software and ERP systemsTableau or Power BI experience preferablePlease note:This role will be based in our Perth Office, 12 Newcastle Street, East Perth, 6000, WA.THE BENEFITSWorking with a large global company means you can be assured that we have an attractive benefits program
