Our client operates an exceeding level 39 place early learning service. The service provides high-quality education (and care) to families in the surrounding suburbs of Willoughby and beyond. Benefits

We are currently recruiting for the following position
- Room leaders (0-2 rooms of up to 12 children - high percentage of 2 year olds)

The spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces have been architecturally designed to suit the needs of all children from the ages of 6 weeks to school age. This is a place where Educators take pride in delivering excellence in programming.

**About you**:

- Must hold a Diploma or studying towards Bachelor
- A current Working with Children Check, child protection & first aid.
- The ability to be organised and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- An understanding of the child-safe standards
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate in achieving the best quality of education and care with educators and the community for children and families.
- Good written, computer and communication skills
- Bright, friendly and energetic

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
