**About the role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Management and development of Account Managers
- CRM maintenance and management within Queensland
- Project identification and budget forecasting
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Bid Development and negotiation
- Final sign off and project handover

**About your experience**:
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about the building industry and what InfraBuild has to offer in the market. Your previous experience in the building industry will be highly advantageous to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Understanding of commercial acumen
- Current or previous experience within the building or construction industry
- A background in sales (desirable)
- Sound IT skills and experience using a CRM
- Experience with Sugar and JDE advantageous
- Ability to read engineering drawings (desirable)
