**Hours**: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (38 hours per week)

**We Are Looking for Fundraisers Who**:

- Have proven experience in face-to-face fundraising, donor acquisition, or sales
- Are committed to full-time work (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week)
- Are confident communicators with resilience and drive
- Thrive on performance, growth, and achieving tangible results
- Are serious about taking their career to the next level
- Are fluent in English with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent major non-profits with professionalism at event sites across the Sunshine Coast
- Engage, inspire, and acquire long-term donors through meaningful conversations
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in client representation and donor acquisition
- Track personal KPIs, contributing to a culture of high performance
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to accelerate personal growth

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
