- Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our VIC Operations team based in Morwell. This role is a Fixed Term Contract, commencing early 2025 through to November 2025.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide concise information and advice relating to planning, scheduling and project management support
- Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered
- Assist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the Project
- Plans and/or schedules other individuals or resources to meet project requirements
- Ensure that appropriate planning and scheduling techniques and systems are implemented to meet the projects needs
- Handle enquires and provide information and advice to team members regarding planning and scheduling.
- Assist with the set-up and management of the project costs, budgets, claims and forecasts

**What you’ll bring**
- Similar experience as a maintenance scheduler/planner with Outage/Shutdown experience
- Must be proficient and able to use Primavera P6 for Planning and Scheduling
- Oil and Gas/Power station planning desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite
- Proof of right to work in Australia
