The Opportunity

The Fund Analyst will support the implementation of Investment Strategy, gaining insights into Fund Models and the dynamics of Fund returns. They will contribute to regular and ad-hoc fund and investor reporting and your ability to build strong and respected relationships will enable you to assist and support the Fund Manager in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support for DWPF- Administer and update Fund Models; calculate asset and Fund level returns.- Analyse strategic and financial impacts of acquisitions, divestments, and capital projects.- Assist in preparing quarterly reports for investors and regular Board and Investment Committee papers.- Complete regular and ad hoc investor information requests.

About You- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce.- Strong experience in unlisted funds, financial modelling, and analysis.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills.- Highly adaptable and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
