_**Iconic Sydney venue, Home The Venue, is looking for energetic, passionate and outgoing front of house staff to join our team.**_

**The venue**

Located in Darling Harbour, Home The Venue has been one of Sydney's longest running venues to date. For more than 20 years, DJ's, Performers, Dancers, Artists, Bands and Promoters have all called our venue home for the night. Spanning 3 levels and 10 bars, we host some of the biggest parties Sydney has ever seen

**The gig**

We are looking to expand on our amazing VIP table service team with well spirited individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly and keen to further their career in the hospitality field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to our VIP booking guests
- Safely manage the table's stock, making drinks and maintain cleanliness throughout the night
- Communicate effectively with the guests and assist with any questions or concerns they have throughout their booking
- Liaise with bar and venue management throughout the booking
- Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience bartending within NSW and familiarity with current RSA Legislation is crucial
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Warm, bright and personable
- Well groomed and presentable
- Ability to problem solve, work with a team and have self awareness

Big Beat Australia pays the Restaurant Award rates. - These figures change regularly and at the time of posting this job for a Grade 2 position were $30.10 + superannuation per hour to $60.20 + superannuation per hour plus penalty rates when applicable.
- **A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is essential and any applicants without this will not be considered.**_

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $60.20 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 25 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darling Harbour, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bottle service or bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
