About the Role

We're on the lookout for experienced Bar and Floor Staff to join our team at Toormina Hotel. This hands-on role involves serving drinks, running food, engaging with guests, and supporting the smooth operation of the venue — especially in our TAB and VIP Lounge areas.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a busy bar or pub environment
  • TAB and/or gaming (VIP Lounge) experience is essential
  • Friendly, reliable, and confident team players
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple areas of the venue
  • Availability for a mix of days, nights, weekends
  • Must hold a current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
