We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our tight-knit creative team. In this role, you help design and create digital marketing assets, brand development, as well as print and outdoor advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs that communicate messages effectively
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and other promotional materials
- Ensure consistency and quality of all creative assets by adhering to brand guidelines
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and technologies into marketing materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve the overall creative process

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Education in Visual Communication or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and marketing materials
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritise tasks effectively
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and design best practices
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus

This position will be predominantly a **Work-from-home** role, while collaborating with our team across Australia (with flexible work arrangements available).
