On behalf of our client based in Brisbane, we are currently seeking a fulltime Planning and Service Coordinator for a 3-6-month contract.

As the Service Coordinator position is to be the central contact point for all internal and external clients and technicians, scheduling and allocation of all reactive and preventative field service works. Coordinate and allocate work to minimize downtime and maximize field resources.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and organise work scheduling to maximise opportunity and minimise risk
- Input into operational governance meeting, reporting on labour positions and technicians by using inhouse software
- Action incoming request for reactive works
- Capture mandatory information ensuring correct validation of data entry into system
- Review and approve quoted works in SAP
- Plan technician workloads every month and monitor and marking off completed planned work
- General administration tasks as required

**Skills & Qualifications required**:

- Proven history working in facilities or field dispatch/scheduling with 2 yrs. experience
- Experience in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Proven Technician trade scheduling and work allocation
- Solution focused and action orientated with the capability to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement
- The ability to work independently, proactively and escalate when required
- Med to Advanced user level in Microsoft Suite package (minimum)
- SAP experience
- Strong problem solving and solution-based thinker
